Bio: I moved here 15 years ago from Southeastern PA. Horses have been a part of my life since I was 2 1/2 yrs old. Little fact: first word was horse. Horses brought us to Aiken. For as long as horses have been a part of my life so has art. I paint where my heart takes me. It may be endangered animals, a beautiful landscape, an equine image. I create art in all mediums but mostly in watercolors, acrylics and pastels.
I recently have gotten into the retail side of art by reproducing my art on pillows, coasters, kitchen towels, etc… These are exclusively sold at the Little Red Fox Shop on Laurens St. downtown Aiken. I also have started selling at vendor type situations and that is what brought me to Aiken County Crafters. I strive to price my art and wares so that they are affordable to everyone. I would rather know something is enjoying it than hold out for the almighty dollar.
