If you love books, art, clothes, jewelry, wine, and (most importantly) cheese, Pendleton Street is the place for you! Starting next Thursday, September 6, White Rose Eclectics and Inspired Inside Southern Art are hosting the first ever Pendleton Street Art Walk. The event will include various authors, artists and artisans, food tastings, and even a small “fashion show” displaying clothes and jewelry from White Rose Eclectics.
Mystery writer, Raegan Teller, poet and musician Marv Ward, poet John Starino, and children’s book author Teresa Balleza will all make appearances for book signings. Marv will also be providing entertainment with his music!
In addition to the writers, the parkway will be occupied by artwork and even artists creating their masterpieces right before your eyes!
Both White Rose and Inspired Inside Southern Art will be providing wine and cheese, and the Hippie Hostess will be selling her delicious baked goods, as well!
Folks, this is not a one time ordeal. The Pendleton Street Art Walk will be held the first Thursday of every month! So while you are downtown for Amp the Alley on Thursday, go check out Pendleton Street. It is just a skip, hop, and a jump away!
